An anime based off of Victor Hugo's classic novel Les Misérables. Is nigh impossible to find on the Internet. Includes, from what I understand, lots of barricade bishies, who are apparently invariably sleeping with each other. Jean Valjean is an exconvict who keeps running away from the police. He is finally caught, but escapes to take care of beautiful Fantine's daughter who is in the care of sly inkeepers. Cosette and Valjean live together happily for some time in a nun's convent; Valjean as a gardner and Cosette as a school girl. They eventually leave after the untimely death of the original gardener.
